We live in the country near Mountain, about 30 miles south of Ottawa towards the Seaway . We have three acres of fenced fields and an extensive garden.
In l974 when we rented a house and were asked if we would like to look after the dog we said yes. At this point Rosie appeared and we met a Rhodesian Ridgeback for the first time. The rest, as they say, is history.
Our ridgebacks are our family and live in the house with us and three cats. Come and visit but don’t expect a tidy house, organized chaos would best describe the place. If we are not bottoms up on the property we are likely to be out on a long walk with the dogs in adjacent woods and conservation areas.
We are members of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Eastern Canada, the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Canada and the Canadian Kennel Club. We support and abide by the code of ethics and by-laws of these institutions.
